We love furry family members, but we do have some house rules. 

• All reservations with a pet must pay a $150 pet fee which we have to add after the reservation is made. This cost goes toward a deeper cleaning and covers the increased cost of wear and tear that pets may cause. 
• Dogs must be on the Pet Blanket couch cover if they come up on the couch.
• All dog poop must be picked up and taken to the dumpster at the end of the stay.
• Please no dogs on the beds- if you must sleep with your dog, place a blanket or towel under them. There will be an extra charge if there is pet damage to furniture.
• Please crate dogs or use the provided accordion gate when you leave the house so they do not cause damage while you are away- they can be pretty anxious in a different environment! 
• If excessive urine spots are noticed upon checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of carpet cleaning services.
